You can enter criteria to specify the output file format for each report processed using the current blueprint.
Note: The procedure for setting primary file format and alternate file format is the same, except that the primary file format is set from the Primary File Format tab, and the alternate file format is set from the Alternate File Format tab. The following procedure refers to the Primary File Format tab, but you can also apply most of it to the Alternate File Format tab.
To set primary file format information, perform these tasks:
Select the Primary File Format tab from the Edit Blueprint screen.
Click Edit.
The Edit Primary File Format screen is displayed.
Select the appropriate format (Text, PDF, XML, HTML, or Passthru) from the Primary File Format drop-down menu. Note that the Alternate File Format can be set to None, but you must specify a Primary File Format.
Click Options to set the specific format information for the chosen file type.
Specify the options for the file format type, and click OK.
Note: Font information affects how many lines display per page, and therefore affects how many pages each output file contains.
To set alternate file format information:
Select the Alternate File Format tab and follow steps 2 through 5, above.
